The Goldsmart Garments Group (3G) evolved from a 120-year-old fashion business originally established by the great-grandfather of the Wangs family in Shenyang, China, circa 1880. 3G now owns and controls the following factories in South East Asia:

Eight Factories in China (for all types of fabrics/garments)
• Two vertical setups in Shanghai for cotton knit, fully owned
• Three JV factories for constructed garments
• One true knit factory (associated) for sweaters and pullovers
• Two vertical setups in Henan for T-shirts and polos

One Factory in Cambodia (quota-free and duty free for EU and Canadian markets)
• Woven and knit casual / sport garments

One Associated Factory in Myanmar
• All Myanmar products are quota-free to EU; only six quota categories are imposed by the United      States.

One Factory in Bangladesh (quota-free and duty free for EU and Canadian markets)
• One in Chittagong for cotton knitted garments (JV)
• Two associated factories in Dhaka for woven garments

• 47 CMT factories for woven/knitted garments
